Special benefits are offered to the couple and to their guests, those benefits are based on the number of rooms blocked. A special rate for the group is offered and the room block will ensure that all of your guests receive this benefit and that your preferred room categories are not sold out.
The first deposit is to guarantee the hold of the event date and the room block. Once that your guests have reserved and guaranteed their rooms with their own credit cards, the first deposit would go towards the wedding event expenses.
Your guests will reserve through a link that will be provided once the room block has been guaranteed. It is a personalized link which will show the dates of the wedding, room rate, the room categories selected for your block, and your promo code. To make it more special, the landing page can also feature a picture of the bride and groom and a special message from you to your guests.
Our policy is to cater one wedding per day to guarantee you the exclusive use of your selected venue and our wedding coordinator’s full attention.
We can indeed provisionally secure a date for you for seven days, as we understand a decision as important as your wedding venue needs to be discussed.
Rooms can be added to the room block anytime, subject to availability. It is important to add the rooms on time to avoid that the preferred room category is sold out, the sooner the better. To add a second room block, at least 90% of the first block must be reserved and guaranteed. We have an attrition policy, which allows you to reduce your room block by a percentage before the cutoff date. Penalties may apply for reductions that exceed the attrition percentage.
After reviewing all the details with our wedding sales manager and agreeing to our wedding terms and conditions, we require a $4,000 USD wedding deposit to confirm your booking. This can be done through a Credit Card authorization form.
Yes, she will be checking in with you throughout the day as she is organizes and supervises all event set ups. She will be present while your guests are arriving, upon ceremony start, and during the reception.
