Terms & Conditions

Contract signing and initial deposit

  • In order to receive the group rate, a minimum of 10 rooms and 3-night stay is required.
  • A minimum of 80% of the total guests must stay at the resort and the rooms must be reserved directly through the reservation link we will provide.
  • THE HOTEL requires a $3,000 USD non-refundable deposit to guarantee the room block, the date and venue for the event.
  • As soon as rooms are booked and guaranteed with a credit card by the group guests, the deposit will go towards the wedding expenses.
  • First payment is not refundable in the event of total cancellation of the group.

Cancellation policies

  • 10% of the room block can be cancelled with no penalty 3 months before the arrival date. Any additional cancellation will be subject to full stay penalty.
  • To guarantee the reservation individually; 1-night non-refundable deposit is required, the remaining amount will be charged at the check in.
  • Non reserved rooms, no shows and cancellations after the cutoff date are subject to full stay penalty.

Payment options

All payments must be made in US dollars. Personal checks are not acceptable.

  • Wire transfer or direct deposit.
  • Charge to credit card: THE HOTEL accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.
  • An authorization form must be filled out and signed at the bottom, sent with a copy of passport and credit card both sides through email.
